Juiced! Intermittent Fasting
More of an adjusted eating pattern than a true diet, intermittent fasting restricts the time we eat to one daily six- to eight-hour window. Juiced! blends can help support you through the process, delivering nutrients from juice made with real fruits and vegetables.
Find a routine that works for you.
We recommend drinking one Juiced! Blend every 2 hours starting in the morning, and ending 2 hours before you plan to eat dinner. There’s no definitive time to fast, though, so feel free to adjust based on your schedule. (For example, eating breakfast and then juice fasting the rest of the day, or eating lunch and juice fasting before and after.)

Keep dinner light.
Focus on vegetables while going easy on proteins like meat or cheese. Avoid breads, pastas and desserts.
Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol, both of which can dehydrate you.
