Return Policy
Due to our products being perishable food items, we are not able to return any food or beverage purchases.
However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us directly at info@coldpressedjuiced.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If a refund for product is issued, you will receive a confirmation email of the refund. Refunds can take 24hrs to 72hrs to process. The length of time is dependent upon your financial institution.
Note: We do not provide refunds for shipments that arrive on-time, intact and with product still cold.
